Reading this page: each country reports the lowest retained price within its current local currency. Repeated snapshots are evidence that a listed price remained unchanged; they are not duplicate price events. Currency conversion is deliberately absent from the history trace.

The tracker has collected 13 verified snapshots for United States. Repeated checks at the same amount strengthen the baseline but do not create a price event.
A price event requires a change in Apple's local storefront amount for this exact IAP product. FX changes, promotions and unmatched products are excluded.
